Whatever Fishing Lodge:
The Whatever is the perfect place to stay while visiting Matagorda! The Whatever Fishing Lodge features 3 bedrooms, large den, cable TV, spacious kitchen, dinning room, living room, and bath, plus the added convenience of a washer and dryer....Fully furnished house. Right out the backdoor is our patio, picnic area, lighted pier, and overhead deck (child friendly). Our pier has a new fish cleaning table for all those fish you are going catch and need to clean to take home.

Accommodations:
Sleeps 12 persons. One bedrooms has two queen beds, second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and third bedroom also has a double bed and a single bed. Sleeper sofa in den also makes into a double bed. Bed Linens, bath towels and cooking utensils and pots are provided. All brand new furniture and brand new construction. Bulk head with large wide dock, with plenty of room for your boat to dock. You wil be only seconds away from the beach, jetties and mouth of the Colorado river into the Gulf.

Location:
We are located only minutes from Matagorda Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to boat launch, bait camps, and of course, only minutes from local restaurants. Great views of both East and West Matagorda Bays. Bring your own food, ice, and drinks and have a great time on your stay with us!

Rental Rates:

$600 - Three night weekend, Thursday - Sunday/Friday - Monday
* Cannot split Friday and Saturday
$1200 - Six night stay (full week)

Reservation Information, Deposits, and Payments:
Deposit of $200 by check or money order is required.

Reservations guaranteed upon receipt of deposit only. Deposit must be received within FIVE days of making your reservations. Deposits refunded after departure and satisfactory inspection and there are NO DAMAGES TO PROPERTY. Fee is the same whether you stay 1 night or all nights reserved.

Cancelations: We must be notified within seven business days prior to your arival date or forfeit deposit.

Payment for rental must be made in CASH only.


Check in time is 10:00 AM @ Bay City - Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
